How do you recommend cleaning our rugs?
We recommend to professionally clean your 321B rug with a reputable cleaning company.
Spot cleaning can be done at home - please refer to this Care & Cleaning Guide for some tidbits based on old cleaning methods dating back to the 1800's.
For Polypropylene Performance Rug Care
• Avoid exposure to heavy rain or standing water.
• Clean the rug monthly with a solution of mild dish soap and water, scrubbing with a soft nylon brush. Make sure to clean both sides of the rug.
• Dry in sunlight. Hang the rug or lay it out in the sun, then flip it over to make sure both sides dry thoroughly.
• If placed outside, store the rug in winter months when not in use and during inclement weather. Roll up the rug with the front side out and place it indoors in a dry, well-ventilated area.
• To preserve the life of the rug, we recommend using our indoor/outdoor rug pad.

Will the rug look the same in the photo I see on the website?
Please note that size and colour representation are subject to manufacturing variance and may not be exact. Also note that monitor settings may vary from computer to computer and may distort actual colours. Photos are as accurate as possible; however, colours may vary slightly in person due to flash photography and differences in monitor settings. Each rug/carpet is manufactured with the same colours as pictured; however they can be manufactured from slightly different “dye lots”. Meaning when the yarn is dyed it can vary in shade ever so slightly.
